Jean Marie Patrouix, our chef de cuisine, dedicates his cooking to the Catalan scents.

His choice of a range of regional products of an exceptional quality, a perfect cooking time and the freshness of his compositions, allows you to taste a light meal of the Catalan cooking.

When you make a stop at the restaurant "La Littorine", you will discover one of the best restaurants of the Roussillon. Jean Sannac, the owner, entrusts the kitchen to Jean Marie Patrouix, a native of the country and to his passion for regional and sea products.




We have been taught a lesson of the art of cooking who is praiseworthy. Bouillon de petits légumes, parfumé à la citronelle, noix de Saint-jacques. Queues de homard aux oeufs de saumon, huile d'olive vanillée. Civet de pinces de homard au vieux Banyuls. Lotte rôtie, beurre d'orange, tapenade d'olives noires. Cote de Cerf cuite à la poéle noire, chou vert au foie gras, sauce vin rouge. Fromages d'ici et d'ailleurs. Bavarois chocolat blanc aux framboises, soupe d'ananas, son sorbet.
